Become A New Customer

Please note that we sell only to wholesale accounts who have resale certificates and business licenses or organization certificates. We do not sell directly to the public or consumer.

If you have a company or belong to an organization, we can set up an account for you. New accounts cannot be created without all proper documentation. Please have the following documentation ready:

• Business name or Organization (Name must match on all provided documentation)
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Shipping method (UPS, FED-EX, UPS OR FED-EX COLLECT,)
• Payment method (CREDIT CARD, COD, ETC.) You will still need to provide a credit application even if you are not applying for credit terms.
• Resale certificate
• Tax-ID Certificate
• Business License or Organization Certificate
• Email address for registration and online order
• Name of contact person for Accounts Payable, Phone number, Email address
